Q1: Do you guarantee your work?
A1: Yes, we literally guarantee our work forever (from physical failure; aesthetics, not so much!). For example the hinging on a watercolor may give, and we will fix it at no charge. Or the veneer on a frame may puck after 15 years, and we will replace such physical failure in any way.
Q2: What are your terms for pickup and delivery?
A2: Pick up and delivery costs vary: we cover the cost for contract framing customers. For individuals, we determine a price depending on how far away you are and how big the job in order to cover our time and fuel costs.
Q3: How do I exhibit my work in your Gallery?
A3: The FrameWorks is continually reviewing artist submissions on an ongoing basis. We prefer to receive information via e-mail. Please send us at least 5 images of your work, along with some background information about yourself. And please, always feel free to stop in and meet us and check out our gallery: see the space, get a feel for the place and us!
